Welcome! I invite you to come and enjoy taking a class. The menu of classes is a collection of family recipes, ones I have learned about and how to make from traveling and others from a lot of trial and error! I have always loved to cook and look forward to sharing what I know with you. When you take a class the food you learn to prepare is yours to enjoy. If there's anything leftover you can to it home with you!
The most popular class style is a group class. Get a group of friends together for a girls night out, a couples evening or a bridal party, to name a few.
Classes are customized and a pleasure to create. If there is something you have always wanted to make - don't hesitate to ask - seriously.
Feel like you've traveled to Italy! Newly added are two classes - Recipes From Rome and also Menus From Milan. A preset menu that gives you authentic recipes from these regions. Take the class at my cooking school OR at your home with your group. Please contact me for more info at 412-780-2058!
Recipes from Rome - The Art of Antipasto-Roman style, Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi. Chicken Romano, Pasta Amatriciana, Cannoli and Tartuffo.
Menus From Milan include The Art of Antipasto-Northern Style, Grilled Beef-northern style called Tagliata di Manzo, Risotto Milanese, Marinated Asparagus, Panettone with Mascarpone Cream

Baking Birthday Parties are a fun way to celebrate a birthday. The birthday child can choose to make cupcakes or chocolate chip cookie cake. Everyone can make mini pizzas and ice cream "cupcakes". Also included are chef hats and aprons to decorate and wear, treat bags and present opening time. I can customize a party too so please contact me to make the plans.
And there is no age limit to the birthday parties - teens and adults are welcome too!
